I ordered lemon chicken, that’s not what was received. Overall food was delicious.

When I ordered it said 20 minutes until it was ready. It took 1 hour 45 minutes to get the food delivered. When I called after about an hour they told me it was for pickup, but my order and receipt clearly indicated delivery, with a delivery fee and automatic tip applied. They said they would call me back. When they called me back they said they were sending the driver and there had been a mixup with another order. I asked how long my food had been sitting, they said 20 minutes. I asked if it was still going to be hot, they said yes, it's still hot. When the food arrived it had clearly been sitting a long time. The rice was all bunched together. The hot food was luke warm at best and the cold mango salad was warm. We had to reheat everything in the microwave. There was no recompense, no offer to remake the food or any offer to make right by the customer. We've ordered from Wo Thai before and this was terribly disappointing and we do not expect to return based on this experience.
